Bill Van Beek 

Bill Van Beek serves as the President of BPN and focuses on the strategic and tactical initiatives and engagements of BPN.

Prior to joining BPN, Bill experience included leadership roles with Schneider National, UniPro Food Service Systems, and SYSCO.  Additionally, Bill has owned and operated a dairy/grain farm.

Bill received a MSM from the Krannert Graduate School of Management, a MS and BS in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.


Ethan Hendricks

Ethan Hendricks joined BPN in 2018 as Vice President of Business Development and works on engagement origination, evaluation, and execution.

Prior to joining BPN, Ethan worked for a global commodity merchandising firm, a vertically integrated dairy farming company, and he began his corporate career in agribusiness banking at Rabobank.

Ethan has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University.

Joey Hansen

Joey Hansen joined BPN in 2014 and serves as Controller

Joey has 30 years of experience in purchasing, inside sales, accounting, financial analysis and general management as well as ownership in industrial and food businesses. Her past experience includes working for MEGTEC Systems, Green Bay Structural Steel, Kineva Foods Co, Fairplay Packaging, and Power Train Services.

Joey also holds an Associate degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and an MBA in Finance. Many seminars have added additional expertise including food safety certificates from NSFI in Internal Auditing and Advanced HAACP.


Paul Schneider

Paul Schneider is the Chairman of BPN.

Paul is the Co-founder and managing director of SLK Finance, a Principal for Schneider Holdings and family director for Schneider Inc., a $3.5 billion global leader in logistics. He assesses private equity investments for various holding companies.

Paul received an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, an MSIS from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
